# The busywork, handled quietly.

*AI Implementation — Dialed In Digital*

Not hype — plumbing. I wire practical AI into the parts of your business that eat time:
qualifying leads, answering the same questions at 2am, routing enquiries to the right place, and
keeping follow-up from slipping. It runs in your voice, on your rules, behind the scenes.

The math — same work, two ways to pay. An extra hire: salary + benefits, payroll taxes and PTO,
~40 hours a week max, training and sick days — costs a salary. AI implementation: does the same
tasks, no payroll, runs 24/7, scales instantly — saves the salary. Same busywork either way:
qualify, answer, route, follow-up.

## What I build — six jobs a business stops doing by hand.

I don't install "AI" as a category. I pick the specific tasks that cost you hours or lose you
enquiries, and take those off the table. Most businesses need two or three of these, not all six.

Where most businesses start: AI-drafted, you-sent replies. Every enquiry gets a response drafted
in your voice, ready for one-click send. You stay the sender, nothing goes out without your eyes
on it, and the assistant graduates to answering live only after its drafts have earned your trust.

- **Leads qualified before you look (Intake)** — An assistant that answers the first round of questions, checks an enquiry against your criteria, and hands the real ones to a person with the details already gathered. You stop reading enquiries that were never going to book.
- **The 2am question, answered (Hours)** — Most enquiries arrive outside business hours, and a researcher who gets nothing back that night usually calls someone else by morning. The same answers you'd give, given immediately, in your wording.
- **Enquiries that land in the right place (Routing)** — New patient, existing client, vendor, or spam — sorted and sent where it belongs, in your CRM or your inbox, without someone triaging the pile every morning.
- **Follow-up that doesn't slip (Follow-Up)** — The second and third touch that everyone means to send and nobody does. It fires on schedule, stops the moment a person replies, and never chases someone who already booked.
- **Tools for the work nobody wants (Internal)** — The repeated manual task inside the business — summarising, drafting, sorting, checking one system against another. Small internal tools that give a person their afternoon back.
- **Data that stops being retyped (Wiring)** — The same details copied by hand from an email into the CRM, then into the calendar. I wire your existing systems together so it moves once. Your CRM and booking stay where they are — replacing working software is expensive and rarely why a process is slow.

## How it runs — one path in, three places it lands.

Every enquiry — form, call, or chat — arrives at the same place. The assistant qualifies it,
answers what it can, and passes it on: into your pipeline, onto the calendar, or into a follow-up
sequence. Nothing sits in an inbox waiting for someone to notice it.

The workflow: intake (form, call, chat) → AI assistant (qualify, answer, route — 24/7, in your
voice) → CRM/pipeline, booking, and follow-up.

## The build — scoped small, proven, then widened.

I don't automate a business in one pass. I take the task that costs the most, build that, watch
it run against real enquiries, and only then move to the next one.

1. **I find where the time goes** — A walk through how an enquiry reaches you today, and what happens to it after. The bottleneck is usually somewhere nobody thinks to look.
2. **I pick one thing** — The task with the clearest cost, in hours lost or enquiries dropped. You get a fixed quote for that build before any work starts.
3. **I build it on your rules** — Your services, your wording, your criteria for what counts as a real lead, and an explicit line for what it must never do without a person.
4. **You watch it before it's live** — I run it against real past enquiries and you read the transcripts. It goes live when you're satisfied with how it handled them, not before.
5. **It runs, and I watch it** — Transcripts stay visible to you. I tune the wording and the handoff threshold as real enquiries come in, then look at what's worth automating next. Every live assistant runs on a monthly monitoring retainer: watching it is scheduled, paid work, never an afterthought that lapses.

## Your hands on the wheel — automated, not unattended.

The risk with AI in a business isn't that it does too little. It's that it does something
confidently wrong to a customer while nobody's watching. These are the rules I build against.

- **It says what it is (Honesty)** — An assistant identifies itself as one. Letting a customer believe they're talking to a person is the fastest way to lose their trust the moment they find out.
- **It hands off instead of guessing (Handoff)** — Anything outside what it's confident about goes to a person. For medical, legal, and financial businesses I set that threshold deliberately low — no diagnosis, no advice, no quoted outcomes.
- **You read the transcripts (Visibility)** — Every conversation stays visible to you. If it answered something badly, you'll see it and I'll fix the wording — you won't find out from a customer months later.
- **The accounts are yours (Ownership)** — Everything is set up in your name with me added as a manager you can remove at any time. Same rule as every other engagement I run.

## Questions

**Will it sound like a robot?**
It runs on your wording, your services, and your rules — and I tune it against real enquiries before it goes live. It also says what it is. Pretending a bot is a person is the fastest way to lose someone's trust.

**What does AI implementation cost?**
It's quoted per engagement, because the work depends entirely on what you're automating. A single assistant on a contact form is a small build. Intake wired through a CRM with routing and follow-up is a larger one. I scope it after a free review and quote a fixed number before anything starts.

**Do I have to replace my CRM or booking system?**
No. I wire into what you already use wherever it has a way in. Replacing working software is expensive and rarely the reason a process is slow.

**What happens when it gets something wrong?**
It's built to hand off rather than guess. Anything outside what it's confident about goes to a person, and you see the full transcript. For medical, legal, and financial businesses I set that threshold deliberately low.

**Who owns the accounts and the setup?**
You do. The accounts are in your name with me added as a manager you can remove at any time, same as every other engagement I run.

**Is this worth it for a small team?**
It depends on whether the busywork is costing you. If enquiries go unanswered overnight, or someone spends hours a week retyping the same information between systems, there's something to automate. If not, I'll tell you so rather than sell you a build.

## Start with the task that costs you most.

A free review includes a look at where enquiries reach you and what happens to them after. If
there's nothing worth automating yet, I'll say so.
