SEO, Handled

SEO that runs every month. Approvals that take five minutes.

Google presence, reviews, monthly content, and the new AI answers. Drafted for you, published on your approval, and reported in plain English. You stay the voice. I handle the rest.

Six jobs, done every month.

The SEO a local business needs, without the forty dashboards. Each one runs on a schedule, and each one shows up in your report with proof.

Google

A profile that reads alive

A fresh post every month, photo upkeep, categories and hours tuned. A dormant Google profile reads as a dormant business. Yours won't.

Reviews

Every review answered

Replies in your voice within two business days, privacy-safe for medical practices. Plus an honest request system that asks every customer the same way. Never gated, never bought.

Content

One owner-reviewed article a month

Question-led, written in your name, and reviewed by you before it publishes. Built to be quoted, by Google and by the AI assistants your customers now ask.

AI Answers

Named when AI answers

ChatGPT, Google AI, and Perplexity pull from specific data sources. I keep your listings accurate on the ones that matter, and check monthly whether the assistants name your business.

Social

Your feeds, kept warm

The month's content re-cut for Facebook and Instagram and posted on schedule. People check your feed before they call. It should look like someone's home.

Proof

A report you'll actually read

What published, what changed, and why, with links, in plain English, one page. Every action I took is logged with its reason. No jargon, no padding.

One email a month. That's your job.

Five steps, every month. I do four of them. Yours is the one in the middle.

1

I learn the business

Your services, your story, how you talk to customers. Everything I write traces back to a fact about your business. Nothing invented.

2

I draft the month

Google posts, review replies, the article, social: the whole batch, prepared in one pass.

3

You approve

One email, about five minutes. Approve it all, edit a line, or kill a piece. Your call, every time.

4

I publish

Google, your site, your feeds, on schedule, without you touching anything.

5

I measure and report

Calls, clicks, reviews, visibility. What moved, what didn't, and what I'm doing about it next month.

Handing off the work, not the keys.

"Someone else runs my SEO" should never mean losing your voice or your accounts. Here's the deal, in writing:

  • Nothing publishes without your approval. Anything you kill never ships.
  • You own every account. Google, website, social: I operate as a manager you can remove any time.
  • Every action has a why, logged and shown in your monthly report.
  • Compliance is built in: medical and legal-aware workflows, review rules followed to the letter, no fake anything.
  • Month to month. The work earns the renewal, or you walk.
The approval gate Drafts flow to the owner's approval gate. Approved work goes live. Anything killed never ships. // THE GATE · YOU HOLD IT THE MONTH'S DRAFTS YOUR APPROVAL APPROVE · EDIT · KILL ~5 MIN / MONTH GOES LIVE NEVER SHIPS // YOUR VOICE · YOUR ACCOUNTS · YOUR CALL

Questions

Asked before, answered straight.

What does the monthly SEO include?

A monthly Google Business Profile post, every review answered, one owner-reviewed article, your social feeds kept current, listings maintained on the sources AI assistants read, and a plain-English report of what published and what changed. Quarterly, I re-audit your listings and links.

How much of my time does it take?

About five minutes a month: one approval email with everything drafted, where you approve, edit, or kill any piece. The monthly article takes a little longer because you review it before it publishes under your name. That review is a feature, not friction.

Who owns the accounts?

You do: Google Business Profile, website, social accounts, analytics. I operate as a manager you can remove at any time. If we part ways, everything stays yours.

How do you measure results?

Calls, direction requests, and website clicks from your Google profile; search impressions and clicks from Search Console; review count and rating; and whether AI assistants name your business. Every month you see the numbers next to the work, with a reason for every action I took.

Do you work with medical and legal practices?

Yes, with the extra care they require. Health content never publishes without the practitioner's sign-off, review replies never reference patient details, and review requests follow the privacy and advertising rules for your profession.

What about paid ads?

Ads are a separate engagement I recommend only once the foundation is performing, and I run them hands-on with hard budget caps. At local budgets, careful manual management outperforms set-and-forget automation.
