Why do you publish fixed prices?
Because you shouldn't have to book a call to learn a price. Foundation and Momentum are fixed. Flagship starts "from" because fully custom scope genuinely varies. I quote it after one conversation, and the quote is the price.
Do I have to take a care plan?
No. Most clients pick one because having someone responsible for the site is worth it, but the Handoff gives you full ownership on day one, no subscription.
What are the fair-use limits on a care plan?
Every plan includes a set number of hours for content edits each month: 2 on Site Care, 3 on Growth Care, 4 on Growth Care+. An edit is a small change to facts, not structure: hours, prices, an offer, a photo swap, a new review quote, a typo. Requests come in writing, batched, and unused hours don't roll over. Support is by email on Site Care, answered within one business day; Growth Care adds a scheduled monthly call; Growth Care+ adds phone support in business hours. Emergencies (site down, forms not delivering, booking or email broken) get a same-day response on every plan, any day. Beyond the included hours, or for anything bigger (a new page, a design change, work inside a third-party system), it's $150 an hour in prepaid blocks: 5 hours for $700 or 10 for $1,300, good for 90 days, one-hour minimum. Every request is logged and the log comes with the monthly invoice.
How do payments work?
Builds: 50% to start, 50% at launch. Care plans: monthly, cancel anytime with 30 days notice. No long-term contracts.
What counts as a revision round?
One consolidated batch of feedback on a page. Send everything you'd like changed and I apply it all at once. Foundation includes 2 rounds per page, Momentum 3, and Flagship iterates until you approve each milestone. Additional rounds are a flat $150 per round, per page , confirmed with you before any work happens. No hourly meter, no surprise invoices.
What's not included?
Ad spend (always your budget, in your ad account), photography shoots, and premium third-party licenses. When a project needs one, I flag it up front, with numbers, before you commit.
Do you offer SEO without a build?
Yes. Growth Care and Growth Care+ work as standalone SEO & AI-search plans (a monthly Google Business Profile post, review responses, SEO tuning, AI-answer visibility, monthly content) on a site you already have. I start with a free review of your current site to make sure it can support the work. If it can't, I'll tell you — marketing a broken site is billing you for nothing.
What happens to my site if I leave?
Nothing gets held hostage. Your hosting, domain, and Google accounts are set up in your name from day one. I'm only ever a manager on them, and you can remove me in a couple of clicks. That's deliberate. I'd rather you stay because the work is good than because leaving is painful. Hand the logins to another provider and they can pick it up the same day.
Can you take over a site you didn't build?
Sometimes. I look at the site first, free. If it's sound, I'll quote care for it. If it needs a rebuild, I'll say so — maintaining a broken site is billing you to babysit a problem.
